Open Registration For Pre
Sony sent out emails to PlayStation fans, advising they could register for the possibility of being one of the first to pre-order the system through the company directly. Users could register on the companys site by submitting their PSN ID. The site made mention of limited quantities of PS5 systems and advises fans to act fast if an invitation is received.
The companys FAQ page further broke down the number of quantities customers were able to pre-order through the site, allowing only one system per PSN ID, two DualSense controllers, and two Pulse 3D wireless headsets, among other accessories. The other important factor is that this is for customers in the U.S. only, as the FAQ reads any orders that contain a non-U.S. based address will be canceled.
Despite the seemingly organized system, many retailers put the console up for pre-order before Sony could email fans itself, leaving many frustrated. While open registration through Sony is currently closed now, fans have since reported that Sony has sent out another wave of pre-order emails through the list. If you signed up for the program, make sure to keep an eye on your email inbox from now through November.

Wwe 2k22 New Zealand Release Time Trick
The release date and time for when WWE 2K22 early access will come out in New Zealand is 00:00 NZDT on March 8th.
This translates to 03:00 PT, 06:00 ET, and 11:00 GMT on March 7th for the United States and United Kingdom. Below is the trick you can use on Xbox to play at these aforementioned hours:
- Select Settings
- Proceed to Language and Location
- Change Location to New Zealand
- Reset Xbox console
If you want to play WWE 2K22 early access on March 7th for PlayStation, you will need to create a separate New Zealand account. You will then need to buy NZ gift cards from PC Game Supply as you will not be able to use your credit card on the PSN store.
Ultimately, its not worth it for PlayStation users as you will need to spend more money and you will be stuck with the game on your NZ profile.

Playstation 5 Games Price
When NBA games publisher 2K announced the $70 price for its sports sim NBA 2K21, it effectively confirmed a PS5 games price hike.
The sum helped raise the standard by $10 from $60 which seems uncomfortable in the face of what many consider a fairly expensive games console full stop.
To be fair to both Sony and Microsoft, games pricing has remained the same since the launch of the original Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2005. Between game production values having gone through the roof and 15 years’ worth of inflation, it could have been a lot worse for the consumer.

Dualsense Wireless Controller $6999
The DualSense is Sonys replacement for the DualShock. It does a bunch of new stuff that the DualShock doesnt, but the only thing you need to know is that its the controller you need to play games on PS5. And if youre coming from an Xbox, you dont need to worry about batteries — like the PS4s controller, the battery is internal and non-replaceable. The DualSense will set you back $70, which is a helluva lot of money for a controller. Given theres a controller in the box, you dont need a second gamepad unless youre planning on playing local multiplayer games.
If youre serious about your gaming, pro controllers from brands like Scuf, Nacon, Hori and Razer will be launching soon enough. Well be taking a closer look at all of these options once they launch.

Sometimes, once retailers have confirmed a shipment of PS5 consoles, they will open up orders and pre orders to the general public, meaning that you can have an extra chance to get a PS5 console, but youll simply just have to wait for it to arrive. Considering its already been over a year since the PS5 launched, you will probably be happy to wait slightly longer in order to make your decision, as pre ordering a unit might give you a better chance to secure a console than you would have had otherwise.

John Lewis & Partners last had a PS5 drop at 7am on 3 November. As usual with the retailer, it didnt last very long, but it does always seem to drop at 7am like clockwork.
The retailer only appears to get a couple of thousand consoles or less each time new stock comes in, so were not expecting anything big the next time theres a drop. When it happens, we recommend checking out via the app people have seen more success through this method.

The PS5 disc edition costs £449.99, while the PS5 digital edition is cheaper at £349.99. The standard PS5 is the exact same price as the new Xbox series x conveniently also out of stock at most retailers. But the Xbox series s is cheaper than the PS5 digital edition, costing just £249. How To A Preorder A Ps5
The PS5 was initially available in retailers such as Amazon, Currys/PC World, Game and Smyths, but stock run out very quickly.
Argos opened up preorders for the upcoming console this morning, but stock has already run out. Dont worry though, as theres still a decent chance more stock wiill become available before launch.
For example, Game UK has seen issues sending out email confirmations for completed PS5 orders, resulting in many people panicking and ordering another unit from another retailer. With the Game UK Twitter account today clarifying that email confirmations could be sent out today, many people may well be cancelling their backup preorder, and therefore freeing up more stock. Well keep you updated on the situation.

How Can I Pre
You can pre-order the Midnight Black and Cosmic Red PS5 faceplates from PlayStation Direct. These are set to initially release on the 21st January, 2022, though this may vary depending on your location. The other three PS5 console covers will launch sometime in the first half of 2022.
You can also pre-order the Nova Pink, Starlight Blue, and Galactic Purple DualSense controllers from PlayStation Direct.
These are set to release from January 14th, 2022, though there’s some confusion: PlayStation Direct lists all three new colors as releasing on January 14th, but the PlayStation Blog post says that only the Galactic Purple DualSense controller will be released on that day.

The PS5 disc and digital versions will launch on November 12, 2020, in the U.S., Japan, Mexico, Australia, South Korea, and New Zealand, with the rest of the world getting the system a week later on November 19. Pre-orders went live starting September 16 at select retailers, despite Sony saying the consoles would go on sale the following day. Geoff Keighley originally warned fans that some retailers were making inventory available a day ahead of Sonys planned pre-order date.

These new PS5 faceplates will cost $54.99 each, for both the disc-based and digital PS5. As we’ve said, you can’t buy a PS5 with these new covers already attached , but nothing stops you from experimenting with different PS5 faceplate colors on each side.
