If your Xbox Gamertag, PlayStationNetwork Online ID, and/or Nintendo Account are linked to an EA Account you dont use, you can update that account to get back in the game.
If you made a second account with your primary email address, you can move the email to the account with your games.
If youve got multiple EA Accounts with games on them, one of the advisors may be able to help combine your accounts.
If we move a PlayStationNetwork Online ID, Xbox Gamertag, or Nintendo Account to another EA Account, thats called a persona transfer. Persona transfers are risky and can be damaging to one or more of your accounts.

Hey everyone! So Ive been in contact with EA and have been told it is not possible for them to unlink an EA Account from my PSN ID. I was just wondering if there is anyone that has the power to do it? Or is it completely impossible? Thanks.

You should be able to remove your PSN ID from your EA account here: just log in using the EA account that you want unlinking.
If you can’t log into your EA account then yes you will have a difficult time trying to remove your PSN ID if you can’t verify that EA account with an EA adviser.
It says its connected, but gives no option to remove,
The only way to unlink then my friend is having an EA adviser do it for you. You have access to your EA account so I see no issue as to why they wouldn’t unlink it.

Delete And Download The Game To Your Ps4
This process ensures youre able to download the entire game and all its downloadable content to your account on PlayStationNetwork.

In relation to your issue, the best thing to do is start by restoring your licenses on the PS4 and these other steps:
