From what i understand, it is mouse’s that have onboard memory that work with ps4. For example my mouse is a utech venus something. And the 1-12 buttons work. I never used your mouse so if it also has onboard memory, then i don’t have a answer for you.

Edit: after doing some searching, it appears that that line of mice is particularly bad about not working as anything other than a regular mouse on PS4.
