When Did It Launch When Will It Expand Outside The Us
NBCUniversal first launched a “preview” of Peacock’s streaming service in April 2020 for Comcast’s Xfinity X1 cable customers and its Flex streaming customers. Peacock launched for everyone else in the US in July.
International expansion will come, Peacock has said, but it hasn’t specified a timeline.

Yes, it does. The PS5 can play your 4k blu-rays for that cinematic experience. Originally this wasnt confirmed, and it was thought the console would just have an optical disc drive, but dont worry its coming! What Can I Still Stream Of The Super Bowl On Peacock
On Sunday, Peacock was the main streaming app for watching the 2022 Super Bowl live. That livestream was reserved for paying, premium subscribers.
Now that the game is over, all Super Bowl programming appears to be available for all Peacock users, including anyone with a free account. The service has a Super Bowl LVI hub, which includes highlights from the game, pre- and post-game coverage clips and a handy selection of commercials that aired during the big game all collected together.
But Peacock didn’t appear to have a full recording of the whole game available to stream, nor did it appear to have the halftime show available.

Why Does Playstation 5 Look Like An Old Cable Router From 2003
The sentiment was strong enough to get the word “router” trending on Twitter for a time on Thursday.
Sony, on Thursday, finally unveiled the PlayStation 5 gaming console, which will arrive on the market later this year, in time for the holiday season. The PS5 was unveiled during a live-streamed event, which the company said reached “millions” of fans.

The PS5 also has a new form factor, which Sony referred to as a “bold, two-tone design marking a radical departure from previous PlayStation consoles.”
But when some gaming fans got a look at the PS5 design, they saw something else: A router.
What Could The Ps5 Pro Price Be
Looking back at the release of the PS4 and PS4 Pro might also hint at how Sony could price an eventual PS5 upgrade. The PS4 launched at $399 and the Pro model was released three years later with the same $399 price tag.
This time around, two PS5 models have launched: a $399 Digital Edition and the $499 Standard Edition. If Sony maintains its pricing strategy from the past generation then the Digital and Standard Editions of the PS5 Pro might launch at the same $399 and $499 price points.

Concern Trolls Are Just Worried That The Ps5 Will Melt
As Ive tried to quell concerns about the PS5 revision on social media, some have countered with fear, uncertainty, and doubt. Theyre just worried that Sony is selling defective PS5s to make a quick buck. Or some think that this will shorten the life of the PS5. Of course, almost no one legitimately fears these things, but if you do have any real anxieties, lets do a quick thought experiment.
Imagine that this revision was actually a slim model with a new chassis and case. And then pretend that you opened the PS5 and found this smaller cooling structure. And while it runs a bit hotter, its still well within spec and produces less noise. Would any of that sound strange or unacceptable? No. You would not hear those same complaints.
You should consider this PS5 revision in much the same way. While its not a slimmer case, its definitely a similar style refresh for Sony. The company shipped the console with a massive heatsink. It really is a behemoth of twisting, turning metal. And I suspected from the beginning that the company settled on that design out of an abundance of caution rather than because it was strictly necessary. And now, with months of real-world results, Sony is refining its PS5 device to save money and materials.
In short, dont let your anxieties prevent you from getting a PS5 just because its not a certain model. At least not until someone can provide some evidence for how the system plays games worse.
What This All Means For Playstation 5
The multiple PS5 form-factors and a ready-to-go lineup of consoles might not seem like it says a lot, but it does. This is a sign that Sony is looking to maximize its revenue from these boxes. Previous reports claimed Sony Interactive Entertainment was struggling to get the cost down for the PS5. And now its clear that Sony plans to deal with that by launching two different versions.
Sony would have multiple reasons for launching a Digital Edition of the PS5. One is that people who buy games digitally are potentially worth more money. They dont trade-in games, and they have their credit-card attached to their PSN account. That makes it easier to sell them microtransactions and other digital goods.
But the other reason the PS5 Digital Edition makes sense for Sony is because of marketing. Its the same reason that movie theaters sell a medium popcorn and then a significantly larger popcorn for just 25 cents more. If PS5 launches at $500 or $600, Sony could release the Digital Edition for $450 or $550. This gives people a mental pathway to convince themselves that they are just paying $50 more for a significantly more capable product instead of the $600 price in a vacuum.
The improved margins on headsets and charging docks could help offset any losses due to the cost of producing and shipping the PS5 itself.

Playstation 5 Sketch Image: Real Or Fake
Some sketches of the upcoming PS5 design gives us a clue to what this gaming console will look like. According to the accompanying report, the sketches are from a recent patent filing by Sony. Although the patent application is not confirmed, the sketch is not far from what regular gaming console looks like. To this end, netizens cant help but believe that this could be the upcoming PS5.
As can be seen from the design drawings, this PS5 still uses a double-layer design. However, there seems to be an extension in the frame to form a shape similar to X.
From the design sketch, we can also see the PS5 interface situation. It is very similar to the previous generation. We have two USB interfaces, an optical drive key, and a power button.
Recall that some time ago, a blurred real image of the PS5 hit the web. This recent sketch is quite similar to the real image. However, lets not get our hopes hight yet. There are also speculations that these design drawings are based on the former real image.

After birthdays and Christmas, one of the most exciting days of the year if you’re a gaming fan is when the new PlayStation console goes on sale.
Next year, that should be sometime in the spring, when the PlayStation 5 is expected to go on sale, but images have been discovered that show what the console might look like. And whether these are the actual design or not, it looks to be a thing of sheer beauty.
The 3D renders of Sony’s PlayStation 5 were created from illustrations in a mysterious patent application filed by Sony and unearthed earlier this week by LetsGoDigital earlier this week, and they offer a first glimpse of what the console might look like.
If the designs in the patent are legitimate – and of course there’s a chance they’re not, or that they’re a red herring being used by Sony to confuse and/or deceive us all – the PS5 will be shaped like a V, which is of course the Roman numeral for five.
There are also vents lining all sides of the console in order to help keep it cool – in the renders, the vents are illuminated with blue lights. There are also multiple USB ports so users can connect other devices and accessories, and touch-sensitive buttons to power it on and off, eject discs and control Blu-Ray playback. Fancy.

Final Thoughts On The Playstation Five Design
As I said I think the PlayStation 5 console design is creative and striking. It reminds me of something Alienware would have design for their gaming PCs and if it was being released by them I think the overall feelings would be different. Now I do agree the Blue-ray drive hanging out the side is a little off putting and kind of throws the design off but even with that said I still rather love the design. PlayStation has though out of the box with this one and did a good job of making it hard to determine whether this is a console or PC.
I personally commend them for integrating the cooling methods into the design with points at the top that come outward which more then likely pull air into the vents around the outer top black part of the console. If anything the cooling on the PlayStation five is going to be better then its predecessor the PlayStation 4!
Didnt touch much on the color above but I like the color scheme that they went with but I have always been partial to white consoles and I think the two tone color scheme will stand out on my TV stand amongst all my consoles. It will be interesting to see what special editions they release and what they will looks like. I have already seen someone on Instragram design a Spider Man one and it looked amazing.
