Is it possible to EA to consider making a patch to solve this problem? I to went to ps4 to PC and would like to get the characters I purchased on my PS4.
This is an issue that really should be a non-issue. The accounts are the exact same EA accounts. The fact that all the money and time I spent playing Apex on XBOX is lost because EA does not make it possible for my EA credentials to unlock the content I have already earned when I open my account on PC, is a money scam at best. EA can track what has already been unlocked previously, you know since its an “EA Account” and could allow unlocked content to be transferable to any console with which you use your credentials to log in. This is definitely a feature that needs to be implemented.

How To Turn Off Cross
The ability to play with friends is great, but what if youre on console and dont want to go against mouse and keyboard players? Or, as a PC player, what if you dont want to deal with the aim assist from console players? Well, you can disable cross-play in the menu, but only on specific platforms.
On console, dive into the settings menu and look under gameplay. Youll find a cross-play toggle toward the bottom of the list. Just note that if you turn cross-play off, you may have longer queue times for games since youre narrowing the number of players you can match with.
