I have a home LAN where I connect

• Wifi Router
• Android Tablet
• Android Phones

I have bought Minecraft for my PS4. My son loves it. We play in multiplayer in the same screen. I don’t pay playstation network and would like to avoid it.I am thinking on creating a dedicated Minecraft Server in my desktop PC so I am planning to run a dedicated server there to be able to have the same server for all devices and install mods.

Then I plan to have Minecraft clients in the devices listed above.

My questions are

First, make sure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi. Once again, it doesnt matter if youre offline, you can still play. Here is some example. As you can see, the PC and Android are connected to the Home_Wifi.

Second, open Minecraft select the world you want to play with. For this instance, I will use the Windows 10 Minecraft and select a world.

And after the world finished loads and the Windows 10 player enters the world, Now open your Minecraft on another device , click play, and navigate to the Friends tab. and you can see that the other device is playing on its world with the maximum users of 8. Now click it to join its world.

On the Lan Games, you can see Windows 10 is showing.

After the world is fully loads, youre ready to play. You can also increase the maximum users of a world if you are the world owner or an operator, by using the/setmaxplayers command .
