There could be a number of reasons for this, but at this stage, its probably because the beta hasnt started yet or has ended already. Linking a wrong console and Battle.net account is common. This is not an error. You need not apply many fixes. The only fix it has is to unlink the console in Battle.net account settings. You can use this method even when you want to unlink an existing console and link a new console to the Battle.net account.
