Ps4 Pc Players Can Play Online Together In Rocket League

Upcoming soccer-with-vehicles game Rocket League will offer cross-platform multiplayer when it launches next month, allowing players on PS4 and PC to play together online.
Cross-platform multiplayer across PC and consoles is a real rarity Shadowrun, Final Fantasy XI, and, more recently, Final Fantasy XIV have been among the only games to allow it. Rocket League will be the next, and following that, PS4 will add another game to that list when Street Fighter V launches.

Rocket League is the follow-up to PS3 game Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. It recently went through a closed beta on PS4, and is now due out on July 7 on both the console and PC.
Those who pick it up on PS4 will get an exclusive bonus, as iconic Twisted Metal character Sweet Tooth will be playable. You can briefly see the vehicle in action in the new trailer above and in the screenshots below.
Does This Mean I Can Access My Progress Unlocks And Content Purchases On A Different Platform Than I Started Playing On
Progress on your Mortal Kombat 11 profile is exclusive to the platform and account that you initially played the game on. Players cannot transfer Mortal Kombat 11 progress, unlocks or purchases between platforms. Add Friends From Ps4 Xbox One & Pc On Warzone
Once youve enabled crossplay on your account, now youll need to add your friends. This part can be a little tricky, as it requires you to enter the players name and account number.
First, tap the social button, which can be found in the top right corner. Once hit, the social tab will come up, allowing users to add their friends to Call Of Duty Warzone.
Select the friends tab, and then hit the add friends button. Were on PS4, so it will be a triangle for us, as shown in the picture.
Adding friends to Warzone can be difficult at first, but we found that this is the easiest way to add friends to your list.
When you hit add friends, it will give you a list of options to choose from to add your friends. The list of 4 items to choose from are
- Activision Account
- Account For PlayStation Network Online ID
- Other Console
- PC
The easiest way that we found to add someone is through their Activision Account. The way to find out what your Activision account is, simply to look in the top right corner of your screen, and youll see your name followed by numbers.
For example, here is what our Activision account and number looks like:
To successfully add a user, youll need to enter their name and enter in the number that followers their name. Be sure to include the # when entering your friends name.
Oftentimes users will have an error if they forgot to spell the name properly, forget the #, or dont put the right numbers into the name.

Gta Online Update Gives Players Ways To Earn Easy Money
The latest of Rockstar Games‘ GTA Online updates dropped this week, and with that release came some easy opportunities for players to earn sizable chunks of cash with which to fund their criminal enterprises. These rewards can be obtained by completing a couple of Superyacht Life missions with players even able to earn a bit of money back if they choose to buy a specific yacht themselves and finish out a couple of associated missions. These of course are on top of the normal rewards multipliers in each weekly update, so if players do the right tasks within the next seven days, they can come away with quite the influx of GTA$.
To get started with your GTA Online earnings this week, the easiest way to earn GTA$300K is by completing three Superyacht Life missions: Salvage, Icebreaker, and D-Day. Completing Superyacht Missions will earn you four times the rewards this week anyway, but completing those three will award GTA$100K each.
“Stake your claim on the high seas complete A Superyacht Life missions this week to earn a bounteous haul of 4X GTA$ and RP,” the overview for this week’s GTA Online update said. “Plus, there are three additional GTA$100K bonuses available this week one each for completing Salvage, Icebreaker, or D-Day.”
Why Aren’t All Games Crossplay
There are a few major players leading the charge here. Microsofts Play Anywhere initiative means that many Xbox titles, once bought, can also be played on PC. Given Microsoft develops both the Xbox platform and the Windows operating system, this seems pretty straightforward and enables crossplay on some Play Anywhere games.
Were seeing a growth of cross-play in AAA games between Xbox and PlayStation and despite the latter lagging behind on this front, progress is being made.
But there is a development cost to including crossplay hence why you don’t see it across the board. If the code for a game isn’t written to allow play of this kind, it’s not that simple to introduce retrospectively either.
Prior to the crossplay launch being launched for Overwatch, developer Wes Yanagi commented that “implementing crossplay for Overwatch is more difficult than people realize” .
Shawn Layden, former chairman of PlayStation Worldwide Studios, was also widely quoted for saying that “enabling crossplay isn’t just about flipping a switch and ‘there you go’. It’s a very multi-dimensional kind of attribute or feature” .
Even as it becomes more technically possible, platform manufacturers can also be hesitant cough, Sony, cough to open up cross-platform play, given they want players to be on their platform and not any others.

Which Online Kasual Modes In Mortal Kombat 11 Support Krossplay
Once Krossplay has been enabled, players can use the feature in the Kasual Versus game mode. Players can also fight against other PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One players in designated Krossplay Online Rooms after enabling Krossplay for Rooms. Within Krossplay Online Rooms, players can use the feature in the Kasual Versus game mode.
How To Play With Friends
To add a friend from any platform you will need to go to the friends screen in Apex Legends, which can be found in the bottom right corner on the main menu, indicated by an icon of three people. There you can use the find a friend to search your friends on any platform and add them. You will use their username on their platform of choice and as long as they have logged into Apex Legends before, their name should appear, unless they have disabled the ability to cross-play search for them.
Once the friend request is sent, your friend will receive a notification in the lobby to either accept, reject, or block. Blocking the request will prevent that player from receiving any other invites or friend requests from that person, unless they are unblocked in the friend menu. After accepting the request, the friend on another platform will be listed in the friends menu and will have either a generic controller logo or keyboard to indicate if they are on a console or PC.

How To Enable Pubg Crossplay On Ps4 And Xbox One
With this latest update detailed in a blog post, there’s a new PUBG friends list in action on consoles. Along with having your PSN or XBL friends added depending on what console you play on, you can also search for players on either system.
In order to add them to your PUBG friends list, you need to select their name then opt for “follow” when looking at their profile. You can also see a list of all players you’ve recently played with, plus those in your current team.

We are testing out a feature in Mortal Kombat 11 that will put PlayStation and Xbox players into the same matchmaking pool for Online Kasual game modes. Krossplay for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will also be supported in conjunction with the Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate release on Nov. 17.

As of writing this article, PUBG PC doesnt support crossplay and the developers have shown no intentions of adding the feature either. This means that PC players can only play with other PC players. With that said, its quite a big task for the developers to bring crossplay to PC, as there are many variables involved. However, Xbox, PlayStation, and Stadia players can jump into a match together and PUBG Cross-Platform play can be enabled by heading over to the in-game Settings, Gameplay, and then General Settings. You will notice the option to turn on or off Cross-Platform Play.
Once the option is enabled, youll be able to see players with a different platform icon alongside their usernames in the kill feed, while youre spectating a match, and so on. Another added feature in PUBG is the Cross-Party Play. With cross-platform on, you will be able to do the following things:
