You Can`t Connect Your Oculus Quest With Ps4
Although using the Oculus Quest or Quest 2 as a PSVR headset would be a nice feature, this simply can not work.
True, the PS4 has a high-speed USB 3.0 port and you could theoretically plug in the Oculus Link cable to the console but this just won`t give you the result you are expecting.
With the Oculus Link turning the Quest / Quest 2 into a PCVR headset, its up to the PC and the corresponding software to generate all the content, interpret the tracking and movement of the motion controllers.
When you connect your Quest headset to PS4, the console just wouldnt know what to do with the headset. Totally different software, tracking and controller implementations.
Just forget about it, it will not work.
How To Set Up Psvr To Pc
Now the software is ready for your PlayStation, the hardware has to catch up. This is going to involve a HDMI cable, USB to Micro USB cable and a processor for your PSVR.
The PSVR is now connected to your PC, but it is not ready to play games yet. So first, you need to finish off setting up the Trinus software.

Now that Trinus PSVR is downloaded and installed, and your PSVR is plugged into your PC, all you have to do is launch the software and start using it. Make sure beforehand that your PSVR is placed on a flat surface.

This will allow you to adjust the zoom using the mouse wheel while playing PSVR on PC.Step 13: Click Start. Trinus PSVR will then calibrate your headphones. So be sure to leave the headphones on a flat surface.

Head Tracking Not Working
Trinus PSVR offers an experimental head-tracking option, but in my experience, it doesnt work well. You can configure a webcam to work with Trinus PSVR, which then tracks the LED markers on the PSVR headset. Theoretically, a webcam should be able to track the headset. After all, the PlayStation Eye that Sony used with the Move controllers for the PS3 isnt much different than a standard webcam. The people behind Trinus PSVR have their work cut out for them, though. I tried this option out and found tracking wasnt any better with the camera.

Firstly, and probably most importantly, even though the GTX 970 should perform as usual when booting in Windows, there probably wont be any Mac-specific drivers and as such, the graphics card wont work when trying to load up OS X.
That means that if you do decide to use the Mac Pro as a VR machine, youll be tied to using Windows. We know, great eh? You spend a considerable amount of money to run VR on a Mac and while thats technically what youll be doing, you wont be able to run OS X.
