Playstation 5 Games Price
Since NBA games publisher 2K announced the $70 price for its sports sim NBA 2K21, the consensus has been that there’s a PS5 games hike coming across the board.
That raises the standard by $10 from $60 which seems uncomfortable in the face of what many consider a fairly expensive games console full stop.
To be fair to both Sony and Microsoft, games pricing has remained the same since the launch of the original Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2005. Between game production values having gone through the roof and 15 years’ worth of inflation, it could have been a lot worse for the consumer.
And on a more positive note, we’re already seeing retailers offering discounts on PS5 games. Best Buy recently slashed the price of a slew of unreleased PS5 games including the latest by $10.

Ps4 Release Date Revealed
The PS4 release date has been announced: Sony’s new PlayStation 4 games console hits shops on 29 November 2013 in Europe, two weeks after the US launch date of 15 November.
Sony announced the new PlayStation’s launch date during a press conference at video games shindig Gamescom 2013 in Germany today. Games at launch will include Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Watchdogs, Battlefield 4 and Killzone: Shadow Fall.
Sony also announced that it’s teamed up with Internet service providers including Orange and Virgin Media to offer special broadband packages, with bandwidth reserved for gaming.
Previous rumours suggested the PS4 would land on 21 October, giving it a headstart over the rival Xbox One console’s rumoured launch on 29 November. Now it seems they’ll be neck-and-neck. The ball’s in Microsoft’s court: Microsoft today confirmed that Xbox One pre-orders will get a free copy of football’em-up FIFA 14 but failed to name a date.
The PS4’s £349 price tag still gives it a distinct advantage over the Xbox One — it’s a whopping £80 cheaper than the much-maligned Microsoft console.
Sony has already warned that advance orders aren’t guaranteed a console on launch day, suggesting the PS4 has already won over a large number of gamers.
Meanwhile the current PS3 will drop in price to 199 .

As long as you are signed in with the same PlayStation ID, all inventory, earned rewards and custom character variations will carry over. Any Time Krystals that were purchased or acquired will also carry over, as well as anything that was purchased with them.

Sony announced today at Gamescom that the PS4 will release on Nov. 15 in North America and Nov. 29 in Europe, Latin America and Australia.
The new console will arrive in time for the festive holiday season in 32 countries in all.
Buzz for the PS4 has built since its announcement and through E3 in June, and Sony Computer Entertainment President and Group CEO Andrew House revealed today that they’ve received over a million pre-orders worldwide.
House even offered a dig at Microsoft before announcing the PlayStation 4 release date, reminding fans that while “others have shifted their message and changed their story,” Sony has remained consistent. The Xbox One has seen a number of shifts and changes in policy in recent weeks.
The PS4 will cost $399 in the U.S., £349 in the U.K. and â¬399.

A PlayStation database listing shows a possible release date for Among Us on PlayStation consoles after fans spent months waiting for the information.
A PlayStation listing has at last given a possible release date for Among Us on the PS4 and PS5. A PlayStation port of Among Us had been revealed during Sony’s State of Play showcase, but there hadn’t been a clue for its release date this year until now.
Ever since the success of Among Us in 2020, the game has been getting ported to more consoles over the last year. The game released on the Nintendo Switch late 2020 and proved to be extremely successful in sales. Among Us was also announced to release on Xbox consoles for 2021, but the release date for Xbox is also unknown at the time of writing. While Among Us has released for Xbox Game Pass on PC, is still has yet to release for Xbox consoles as well as Xbox Game Pass on consoles.

But for PlayStation, there is now a possible lead as to when Among Us will release for both consoles. PlayStation Game Size claims that according to the game’s upload in the PlayStation database the release date for both PS4 and PS5 is August 31st, 2021. However, the account also notes that this date could be a place-holder in lieu of a more precise release date which will be provided later. But for now, this is the main lead that PlayStation fans have for a release date for the game.
