This mod offers you two ways to marry multiple spouses, either instantly or immersively. The immersive way, as you can guess, is a bit tedious. You will have to do the ceremony for each spouse separately. After the normal ceremony, you will have to activate a statue located next to the altar, called the Statue of Dudesta. Then, Add the present spouse to the multiple spouse table. After you have added the current spouse, reactivate the Statue of Dudesta and Reset Wedding for other spouses.
On the other hand, the instant way to marry multiple spouses is quite simple. Find two spellbooks lying in the Temple of Mara in Riften, situated just next to the Statue of Dudesta. Upon learning the spells, you will have to equip the NPC Operator Spell and cast it on your desired people. A menu will open where you can select Instant to tie the knot.
Note: If you choose the instant way, you can also marry NPCs who cannot be married in the vanilla game such as Lydia.
