As a part of the email invitation, a date and time will be attached for when the private queue will open. When the time comes, participants click on their link and are redirected to the queue where they must wait in line. Worst customer service ever. Bought ARK from PlayStation store, it was already known for bugs and crashes. This happened to me, have been back and forth continuously trying to get a refund on almost a $100 dollar game that is full of bugs.
