It should obviously go without saying that Amazon is not the only retailer that carries the PS5. Its definitely the best place to find a PlayStation 5 console in stock at any time, though. Thats because of all these hidden PS5 listings we told you about. As we mentioned, however, you have to be willing to pay a bit extra for those consoles.
If youre a hardcore gamer or you definitely need a PS5 to give someone as a gift, thats your best shot. But if youre willing to do some checking on a regular basis, there are other big retailers that restock the PlayStation 5 console all the time.

The PlayStation 5 is predicted to be in stock at a number of retailers this week, with a sale being prepared at Argos.
The retailer currently has consoles showing as in-stock on their app but shoppers can not buy them.
It means Argos will be preparing the PS5 sale this morning and a drop will be anytime soon – save their PS5 landing page here for updates.
Meanwhile, Very went live with their PlayStation 5 drop on Tuesday morning .
The retailer had both editions of the console available for shoppers to buy – Disc and Digital – as well as a host of bundles.
Fans were being urged to wait patiently though as queuing systems were operating on the website – they were also being warned not to refresh the landing page.
The sale comes following rumours that Very, and Argos will possibly go live with a restock drop this week.
Meanwhile, Asda supermarket went live shortly after 8am on Monday with their sale of the PlayStation 5 console.
Buyers were being encouraged to wish-list the console using the heart button, then move the console to the basket from the wish-list and then to proceed with checkout.
Argos is said to have received shipments of the consoles in a few of their warehouses across the UK.
Both the Disc and Digital Editions of the PlayStation 5 are expected to be available to buy at Argos on October 20.
Sony say they are working on the supply as a number one priority.

In the US, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, the PS5 went on sale on 12th November. The rest of the world saw the console launch on 19th November.
With demand outstripping supply, most retailers are still struggling to get hold of PS5 stock. And when they do release it, customers – and bots are snapping it up within minutes.
Hoping to secure a PS5? In the UK, Currys PC World and Game recently dropped PS5 stock. BT, EE and Smyths Toys, and John Lewis are tipped to release fresh PS5 stock in the coming days and weeks.
In the US, , Walmart and Best Buy are your best options. You might also try Target but their supply has been rather patchy. If you’re on the hunt for a PS5, check out the retailer links above.
Finally, it’s worth checking specialist stock tracking websites such as Stock Informer from time to time. And remember, the PS5 is not geo-locked. That means you can buy one in the US and use it to play UK games. The same goes for Europe . However, it’s equally important to note that you may need a plug adaptor and that some Blu-ray discs and DVD may not play.

AO had four small drops in October, but they werent real drops in our eyes, at least because you couldnt bag the console just by clicking a nice big Buy Now button.
Yep, securing stock from AO is a bit of a mission. Like Smyths Toys, it takes time and dedication to bag a PS5, but also a bit of simple coding know-how. To get the console into your basket, customers need to access the site on Google Chrome on a laptop or computer and edit the sites code using the element inspector. Very Ps5 Console Restock Predictions
Its no secret that here on the blog Very is one of our favourite PS5 stockists. It was on our bad list for a while in June after not restocking for over two months. But thats all forgotten now.
Why? Because after that dry spell, Very now has fairly frequent and extremely lengthy drops, often lasting into the three-hour mark. Not many retailers stay replenished for longer than half an hour.
The retailer last had a restock on 19 October, and it usually drops in three to four-week intervals. Theres a chance that more stock could drop on Tuesday next week.

It looks like GAME is getting more PS5s this week. A Thursday/Friday stock drop at the retailer has been reported.
Stock tracker PS5 Stock UK says: “With the confirmation of delivery order dates, we can confirm GAME to drop between 4th-5th Nov. Priority deliveries to be shipped by Nov 11th, all other deliveries to be shipped by Nov 19th.”
How Long Do Ps5 Stock Drops Last
The issue with getting a PS5 so far hasn’t so much been the lack of stock drops – as you can see in our timeline, we’ve had dozens of stock drops. The issue has been how quickly they’ve gone. In most cases, unless you either anticipated the stock drop in advance or were extremely lucky and happened upon the retailer in question within a minute of the stock dropping.
Thankfully, stock has started to last longer. You still need to be early, particularly if the retailer uses a queue, but in some instances we’ve seen stock last for over an hour. The bottom line is – don’t give up even if you’re met with a hefty wait time when you first hit the queue.

Major retailers like Walmart, GameStop, Amazon, Target and Best Buy don’t usually give much notice ahead of a restock. Sometimes they’ll have a restock in the morning, other times in the afternoon and in some cases, even in the middle of the night. Here are some tips to help you get the jump on the competition.
First tip: Don’t wait until you see an alert for a PS5 inventory drop. Check the links at major retailers for stock updates daily or even multiple times a day. If you do happen upon some PS5 availability, go all-in with as many browsers and devices as possible. On a desktop, for example, open the retailer’s page in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Then do the same on your phone and tablet. The more devices and browsers, the better. It’s like with lottery tickets: The more you have, the better your chances of winning.
Second tip: Create accounts at the different retailers and make sure you’re already logged in if you’re going to try to get a PS5. Make sure all your shipping, bill and payment info is updated on whatever device you can buy from, whether it’s a laptop, desktop or phone. This makes checking out a lot faster, which is crucial as retailers’ sites get quickly bogged down, leading to people losing their chance of securing a PS5.

The Amazon PS5 restock dates has become easier to predict not because of sources in this case Amazon seems to have shut down leaks but because the online retail giant has been stocking new PS5 consoles around the 21st of every month, give or take a few days.
Specifically, we saw PS5 in stock at Amazon on September 21, August 25, July 21, June 23, May 26 and April 21 this year. That’s pretty consistent restock track record, thought here are instances in which PS5 Digital didn’t show up alongside PS5 Disc or got shoehorned in on a different date without PS5 Disc accompanying it.
The Amazon PS5 restock time was fluctuating between late mornings and late nights . But we haven’t seen a middle-of-the-night PS5 drop since Amazon Prime Day, so neither we’re overdue for one in October or Amazon is sticking to those late morning restocks.
It hasn’t gotten any easier to buy the PS5 on Amazon when a restock happens. This is despite the fact that their latest restock date, September 21 at 11:03am EDT, did give Amazon Prime members priority access to buying the Sony console. We’ll see if it gets any easier on or around October 21, 2021.

Ps5 Restock Dates News For Sunday October 10
The good news is that because we didn’t see PS5 in stock last week, we should see most if not all major retailers in the US launch inventory this week or two. GameStop is due for a restock maybe on Tuesday while Best Buy often does online restocks of the console on a semi-weekly basis and Target has cornered the market for Friday restocks. Amazon could be on or around October 21, 2021.

PS5 is upon us, although most stores have extremely limited stock, so act fast at these retailers.
We’re well into September and buying a PS5 in Australia is still super hard. It’s probably not going to get better this month, but the best you can do is keep trying: While stock allocations are rare they do happen, so you’ll need to stay vigilant, as stock is likely to remain low for the rest of 2021. When stock does appear, it tends not to last long, though we have our fingers crossed there will be a bit of a megadrop in the lead up to Christmas.
So yeah, PS5 stock replenishment is a fairly scattershot affair in Australia. Some retailers have been known to provide a few days advance notice, such as what Big W did in February , but more often than not they just appear. If there’s a local bricks-and-mortar store near you, it might be worth joining their waiting list, if they have one.
But the sad reality is that you’ll probably need to check the PS5 pages on each retailer’s site manually if you want a console right now: all relevant retailers are listed below. We’ll also update the top of this page occasionally when we get advance warning of a drop.

Becoming A Gamestop Powerup Rewards Pro Member
It’s actually quite easy to sign up for the GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro program. Once someone is signed up for the service they will have access to discounts and other offers regarding the PS5, Microsoft Xbox Series X/S, and even the Nintendo Switch. The good news is that this isn’t the kind of “insider” program one needs to get an invite code for, or a blessing from another member. GameStop offers a free PowerUp Rewards program that anyone can sign up for and earn points when they make a purchase.
However, the GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro service is one that people will need to pay a bit of money for in order to take part. That service generally costs about $15 to $20 USD a year, and the sign-up fee is all due upfront. This isn’t a situation where someone can split up that fee over a monthly or quarterly period. Some users might not feel as though they are shopping at or using GameStop enough to warrant laying out an extra $20, but if they want to have an inside shot at getting their hands on a PS5, it’s certainly worth a try. Those interested in joining the program simply need to sign up online, or in a GameStop store, and pay the membership fee.

Which Ps5 Games You Should Buy
There are plenty of amazing games on the PS5 right now and there will only be more coming as the year goes on. As for the best PS5 games you can get, we recommend titles like Demon’s Souls and Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Both make the most of the console’s graphics and performance boosts compared to its predecessor, and in Demon’s Souls’ case in particular, the remake is immaculate. When it comes to Spider-Man, Insomniac knocked it out of the park once again, creating not only a great superhero tale but a great story for Miles as a person, too.
There are also some kid-friendly games like Sackboy: A Big Adventure and Bugsnax that have charmed a lot of people with their cute styles and fun gameplay. You can’t get either of these on an Xbox yet, so PS5 is the way to go if you want to play them.
Over the next few years, Sony’s also committed to releasing games like God of War: Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Spider-Man 2, Marvel’s Wolverine, and a Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake. There’s plenty to look forward to on PlayStation 5. While some of these will be cross-gen and release on PS4 as well, they’re certainly play best on Sony’s newest machine.
