How to Link Square Enix Member Account to PSN Account? MARVEL Avengers 2020 PS4

I can not for the life of me figure this out. I already have the PC version and need to register my PS4 codes. I went on my PSN and redeemed the codes in the PSN store but I can’t figure out how to link my Square Enix account with my PSN account.

When I sign into the game through the ps4 home screen I get “No service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV In order to play FINAL FANTASY XIV, you must first purchase the digital download from the PlayStation Store or register a product code. *Please restart the client for FINAL FANTASY XIV. ” I have reinstalled three times now. I have never been given the option to link my accounts. WTF? My sub is active with 36 more days remaining

EDIT: you have to go to the square Enix STORE website and manage your account from there. My profile > settings > link account > link PSN. Oh my god, why is there no guide on how to do this. After linking on the website IT STILL DOES NOT WORK

Have You tried to enter account at Square Enix webpage under Your ID and ask for password recovery with a suggestion of a new e-mail?Another thought is to create a new account with this ID if for some reason they have connected You to a non-existing one or to simply create a new account and bind it with your PSN.
