It is possible for the Dragonborn to cure themselves at any time by taking a Glenmoril Witch Head back to Ysgramors Tomb, activating the Flame of the Harbinger, and defeating their beast spirit at any time. The Dragonborn cannot contract Lycanthropy again after it has been cured in this way, nor can they access The Underforge after it has been cured.

The waiting time was not working, but it was enough time for the form to be reverted after 36 hours. As you feed, you stack more time onto your remaining wolf time, which takes longer to revert to its original form. You can wait 24 hours at a time until you turn back if you havent been able to wait. Wait And Pass Time In Skyrim On Pc And Console

Waiting and passing time is a pretty basic but important function youll need to be aware of when playing Skyrim. By passing time, you can quickly skip ahead to daylight, when most shops will be open and NPCs will be wandering around. Certain quest lines also require you to pass time by sleeping in a bed before you can progress, so its definitely wise to keep this function in mind.

Firstly, you can pass time whenever you go to sleep. Simply select a bed or bedroll that isnt owned, and choose to sleep in it. This will bring up a small window that allows you to choose the number of hours you want to pass.

If you dont have a bed handy nearby, you can choose to wait instead. If youre on PC, press the T button to bring up the time window. On Xbox One or Xbox 360, press the Back button. On PS3, press the Select button. On PS4, press the touch pad. And lastly, if youre on Switch, press the button on the left Joy-Con.

If you can’t find them in their default locations, also look at the jails of the various cities or holds. An answer in Lydia goes to jail suggests that followers can be arrested and jailed. If arrested, they will make the jail their new “home.”

With the Hearthfire DLC, if you’ve made your follower the personal steward of one of your houses, then look for your follower at that house.

I had an issue with this on PC version. I told Lydia to wait. Previously, she had spawned back in Dragonsreach but for some reason this time she did not. So… I used a console command to move myself to her. Oddly enough, it ported me right to the keep in Dragonsreach and everything seemed fine afterwards. Seems to me like there is some kind of bug relating to this considering she had not died and she suddenly appeared only after I used the command to move to her. The command is:player.moveto

I suggest you save your game prior to using this command… also… don’t use it while mounted… I did… and I think because it ported me inside… it then proceeded to crash not just my game but my computer and had to reboot. You can find the RefID for NPCs here:

In the city of Solitude, approach the marked manhole cover and descend into the sewers. Fight your way through the linear path of bugs until you reach the powerful pantsless mage, Thorlon.

If youre struggling with this tough fight, consider buffing yourself against magicka damage, or using one of the summon scrolls you found at the bandit camps to draw some of the aggro away from you.

Affectionately called the Black Screen of Death by Skyrim Anniversary Edition players, this glitch causes the game to not load any visuals when loading into a new area, loading a save, or other actions that result in a loading screen. Npcs And Items Spawning Underground

An unfortunate glitch that many console and PC Skyrim players have experienced causes NPCs, items, and objects to spawn underground. Normally this isn’t a problem and won’t even be noticed by players. However, this glitch also affects important NPCs and quest items.

In the quest The Rising Dead added in the Plague Of The Dead creation, for example, players are instructed to read the Necromancer’s Journal on the corpse of one of the Necromancers who conjured the foul Zombies at Southfringe Sanctum. However, this NPC has been reported by many players as missing when it actually spawns underground, rendering the quest uncompletable. PC players can use the console command “TCL” to clip through the ground, but PlayStation and Xbox players are stuck with an uncompletable quest.

Skyrim followers have an unfortunate habit of getting lost or dying, and the housecarl Lydia is no exception. Here are a few tricks to get her back.

Lydia is arguably one of the most memorable followers in all of Skyrim, but unfortunately, it’s all too easy to either lose track of her or watch her fall in a fight during the Dragonborn’s journey across the region. Luckily, there are a few tricks to getting her back. It’s worth noting, however, that these tips almost all make use of the in-game command console, which is only available for PC users.

There are over 40 followers to be found in Skyrim, more with the addition of the Dragonborn and Dawnguard DLCs, and each brings something unique to the table in terms of combat styles and dialogue. Some of the most useful followers are those that are marked as essential NPCs – characters who cannot be killed as they’re needed for the game’s plot to progress – but even many of the game’s non-essential followers still have quite a few fans.

Lydia is one such example, likely because, for many players, she’ll be the first follower encountered in-game. Find A Mod That You Want

The main mod menu features all of the available mods on PS4. Mods are broken down by category, so you can browse the most popular mods, the highest rated mods, and more. If you’re looking for something specific, you can push square to bring up a search bar. You can also hit L2 for more filter options.

Once you’ve found a mod that’s caught your interest, simply press X on it and you’ll be taken to that mod’s page.

Where To Find Risaad

To collar Risaad and start the quest, he can usually be found south at the southern gate of Whiterun, next to the stables, but as youd expect from a travelling merchant, he can move around.

Risaad can sometimes be found walking the roads to the between major cities, particularly to the west near Markarth and Solitude. However, its much easier to wait in one place and let him come to you.

Either fast travel from major city to major city to see if you can spot him and his catty chums setting up shop near the gate. Or, to make it easier on yourself, wait day by day outside his spawn location next to Whiterun stables and eventually, he should show up.

Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning

Proving that older games shouldnt always be put on the shelf, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning arrived in 2012 to little fanfare, but its one of PC gamings best RPGs. In a similar vein to Skyrim, youre able to customise your character and class with a combination of skills, weapons, and abilities at your disposal, with a central focus on building your character from the ground up. While there are traditional classes like Skyrim you dont have to dedicate yourself to one as a Fateless character, youre free to swap and change your skill tree at any time.

It also happens that Kingdoms of Amalur comes from the mind of Ken Rolston, the lead designer behind Skyrims predecessors: Morrowind and Oblivion. Rolston managed to incorporate some of the Elder Scrolls best elements into Kingdoms of Amalur, including its striking environmental design and characterisation that veers away from the typical RPG pitfall of feeling like Tolkien fan fiction.

Like Skyrim, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning continues to receive positive reviews on Steam despite being a similar age, and comfortably fits in the category as a well-rounded fantasy RPG.

Checking Your Downloaded Mods And Load Order
