Amazon sellers are able to create separate PS5 listings by selling the video game console bundled with another item. Its something as simple as an HDMI cable or another accessory that doesnt normally come with the PlayStation 5.
Now, its important to note that we have good news and bad news. The good news is that several of Amazons hidden PS5 listings are back in stock right now. If you hurry, you can actually buy one and get a brand new PS5 shipped to your door in just a few days! But the bad news is that youll have to pay extra above MSRP compared to just getting a console on its own.

While that alone is hogging the console prices in the grey market, the ongoing chip shortage affects electronic items being sold worldwide. Additionally, resellers are using software algorithms or bots to purchase large quantities of PS5 as and when they are restocked at popular retailers such as Walmart, GameStop, Best Buy, Amazon and more.

Update: Target PS5 restock inventory is trickling into stores. We don’t know if it’ll have stock this Friday or next Friday, as inventory count as of last reporting is on the low side, according to our sources in the retail space.
Target usually waits three weeks to offer PS5 for sale, and the last restock date was October 1. This Friday will mark two weeks since it was ins tock last, though it was a smaller restock than most Target cycles, and we know that thanks to Target employees around the country sending us photos. It was enough for a small PS5 drop, with about 20 PS5 Disc consoles per store.
Target PS5 restock time: While the retailer has shifted its PlayStation 5 restock day in the past, the Target PS5 restock time is consistent: in 2021, it’s always been 7am EDT to 8am EDT, with one exception: two restocks ago happened a little outside that window at 8:14am EDT. The latest restock for Friday, October 1 was 7:49am EDT.
Target PS5 restock advice: Don’t pass up PS5 Disc, which is almost always in-stock first for PS5 Digital, which often goes in stock second. PS5 Digital stock is extremely low every single time and sometimes PS5 Digital doesn’t come in stock at all.

Ps5 Restock Report Reveals Next Target Release
It looks like the next PS5 restock will come courtesy of Target. Whether it’s Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, or any other retailer, the PS5 sells out before you can say “Hideo Kojima” five times. Target is no exception, but it looks like the retailer is giving PlayStation fans another chance at throwing a hail mary tomorrow. According to a new report, Target is releasing new stock of the PS5 tomorrow, October 1, likely in the morning. In other words, get your alarm clocks ready because you know the bots and scalpers will have theirs ready.
The report comes the way of PS5 restock tracker and YouTuber, Jake Randall, who has proven reliable on numerous occasions in the past. According to Randall, the next Target restock should happen tomorrow. Whether it will include the all-digital $400 PS5 remains to be seen though. As any PS5 hunter will know, the $400 model has been far harder to buy, partially because Sony restocks it a slower clip.

Should You Buy Ps5 Or Ps5 Digital Edition
You can buy one of two version of the PS5 today – the standard disk version, or the Digital Edition. The former allows you to play your physical PS4 and PS5 games, however you can still access your downloaded PS4 titles on the Digital Edition as well.
The cheaper £359 PS5 Digital Edition doesn’t have a disk drive, but still runs the same specs as the full fat console. That means you can buy PS5 for less today and you’ll still be running the latest tech from Sony.
However, there’s only 825GB in this SSD and that’s going to fill up quickly, provided you don’t grab an external HDD for your PS4 games. If you’ve got a substantial physical collection already then it might be worth upgrading to the main console.
That said, it’s difficult to buy PS5 either way right now, with launch seeing an incredibly limited number of consoles hitting the shelves. While we wouldn’t necessarily advise settling for the console you can get , if you’re set on buying PS5 today you might have to take what you find.

After much waiting, Sony announced the price and release date of the PS5 during its 16th September showcase. The Japanese giant’s 40-minute digital event featured “a look at some of the great games coming to the PS5 at launch “.
The real draw, however, was the promise of the price finally being revealed. Sony didn’t disappoint, with the PS5 Digital and PS5 prices set at £360 and £450 . That came as a pleasant surprise to those who’d expected the PS5 to be priced much higher than the rival Xbox Series X.
So how does the PS5’s price compare to that of its predecessors?
Both the original PlayStation and PS2 launched at £299 in 1994 and 2000 respectively. The PS3 was quite the step up in 2006, with the entry-level 20GB model starting at £425 although that was more or less in line with inflation with regard to the original PlayStation, and there were also the significant hardware upgrades to factor in, not least of all being the Blu-ray optical drive.
Nonetheless, the PS3 was initially criticised partly for its seemingly high price. The 60GB model’s $599 price tag took particularly heavy flack. By the arrival of the PS3 Slim in 2009, though, all seemed to have been forgiven.
The bigger public surprise was saved for the 2013 PS4 launch, however, when the PlayStation price dropped down to £350 and heralded the arrival of one of the best-selling games consoles of all time.

Walmart has announced when its next PS5 restock is going live. Like GameStop, Target, Amazon, Best Buy, and many others, Walmart sometimes releases PS5 stock with little to no warning. Today, it’s giving PlayStation fans plenty of time to prepare to race against each other, scalpers, and bots for a piece of the limited stock. More specifically, at 3 p.m. EST, Walmart’s new PS5 restock will go live. Alongside this, a new restock of both the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S restock will go live as well.
Unlike some other retailers, there are no catches or strings attached to this restock. As far as we can tell, none of the stock is limited behind early access walls or bundles. Meanwhile, in addition to the standard $500 PS5, it looks like the $400 all-digital PS5 will also be available.
That said, right now it’s unclear how much stock Walmart is packing. What we do know is that it’s not much because no retailer has an abundance of stock right now due to supply issues. In other words, expect the stock to sell out within minutes.

We’re already seeing retailers start to bundle the PS5 with the most popular titles, including FIFA 21, Marvels Spider-Man Miles Morales, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Call of Duty. Just don’t expect the first bundles to be cheaper than buying a PS5 and a copy of the game separately demand is so high that retailers are unlikely to offer discounts at this stage.
Beyond games, we’re also seeing the PS5 bundled with other treats and temptations.
