We are testing out a feature in Mortal Kombat 11 that puts PlayStation and Xbox players into the same matchmaking pool for Online Kasual game modes. PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One console players also have the option to manually join the same designated Krossplay Online Rooms to play against each other. This feature also allows Xbox console players and those on the Windows PC version of the game available in the Microsoft Store to play against each other in the same way.
