Factory Reset From The Primary Account
Factory reset will restore your PS4 or PS4 Pro to its factory settings all things will be wiped out including trophies, screenshots, video clips, and so on. You can make a backup of them before reset.

- The closed accounts online ID cannot be used to create another account.

Remove An Account From The Ps4 Family
Deleting an account from PS4 does not automatically remove it from the PSN family. If you also want to delete the user from yours PSN Family or vice versa, you want to delete an account only from your family without deleting it from PS4, proceed in this way.
First, log into your PS4 with an account with rights to manage family settings. Then press the up arrow or use it left analog joystick to get to the top of the menu and select the icon configurations , using the key X.
