Will Halo Infinite Be On Ps4

Don't Miss

Halo Infinite Comes To Ps4 In Mind

How to Get HALO INFINITE on PS4/PS5 – How to Play Halo on Playstation

It’s not official, but Halo Infinite looks pretty incredible in this impressive Dreams recreation.

While Halo Infinite is largely exclusive to the Xbox family–launching on PC , Xbox One, and Xbox Series X this holiday season–that hasn’t stopped players from hoping the pivotal Xbox title would eventually arrive on other platforms. Though developer 343 Industries likely has no plans of porting Halo Infinite to something like the Nintendo Switch or PlayStation 4, a Dreams creator decided to take matters into their own hands by recreating a portion of the gameplay reveal.

Disarmed, a visual and audio creator, took to Dreams to bring Halo Infinite to the PlayStation 4 in stunning detail. Though the video is only 41 seconds long, it takes an improbable premise–what if Halo but PS4–and brings it to life. We see Master Chief holding the classic assault rifle while strutting through a lush forest. It’s extremely gorgeous and continues to show Dreams’ impressive power–even if there’s no way it’s happening.

#MadeInDreams – was pretty excited with the debriefing last week & the gameplay reveal of #HaloInfinite!got me to thinking how strange it would be to have on the – heres something! the future is looking bright for next-generation

Will Halo Infinite Get A Ps4 Release Date

The chances of Halo Infinite releasing on PS4 or PS5 are only infinitesimally larger than zero. Halos developer, 343 Industries, is a first-party Microsoft development studio, and its one of Xboxs most valuable properties. Given that Microsoft sees Sony as its direct rival, porting Halo Infinite to PS4 or PS5 would be an incredibly poor business decision.

Halo will never come to any platform other than PC and Xbox as long as Microsoft owns 343 Industries. Even if 343 Industries ever split off to form an independent studio as Bungie did, Microsoft would still retain the Halo IP.

Will Halo Infinite Come To Ps4 Playstation And Xbox Fans Might Be Surprised

HOW TO USE A *PS4 CONTROLLER* ON HALO INFINTE

Halo Infinite is coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X this year, but could it jump ship to PS4 and PlayStation 5, too?

Xbox has had a rough generation, with very few exclusives to look forward to for fans of Microsoft’s console. Is there a chance that Halo could make the move to another system when Halo Infinite launches this year?

The legendary shooter franchise has been absent since 2015’s divisive Halo: Guardians, with early reports suggesting Infinite could be a soft-reboot of sorts for the franchise. Built on an entirely new engine, the Slipspace engine, the initial reveal trailer revealed a stunning new ringworld, while E3 2019’s brief in-game trailer reintroduced us to the legendary Spartan, Master Chief.

In fact, if you take away Halo 5: Guardians, the only games from the franchise in this console generation have been Master Chief Collection , and the subsequent games that have been added to it – Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach.

Halo Infinite Vs The Last Of Us 2

Dyego Juan

Comparing Halo: Infinite with Ghosts of Tsushima might be a more apt comparison as they are both open-world games, and The Last of Us series tends to be much more linear. In Ghosts of Tsushima, the character models arent as on par with The Last of Us: Part 2, but the graphics of the world and textures of the flora in the game are truly impressive. In the Halo: Infinite reveal, some of the grass, textures on terrain, and the sky look much blander when compared to the other titles.

In an interview with IGN, 343 Studios confirmed there will be a post-launch update that will bring ray tracing to Halo: Infinite, which could bring a lot of extra fidelity to the title. Additionally, this Halo will be the only title on the platform for a while, as the developers are looking to make Halo: Infinite the start of our platform of the future. This mindset implies that Halo: Infinite will receive many years of updates and downloadable content.

Something else to keep in mind with Halo: Infinite is the frame rate. While The Last Of Us 2 and Ghosts of Tsushima have some of the most ambitious graphics in any game, they run at a stable 30 frames per second. Halo, on the other hand, has a heavy multiplayer-focused fan base, and shooting for a solid 60 frames per second is a huge priority. Being an open-world game, keeping that stable 60 frames is actually quite impressive if Halo Infinite’s map is as big as 343 Studios says.

Playing Halo Infinite On Pc With Controller

The first thing that players need to know when trying to connect a controller is what devices are compatible with Steam. Players can find a full list of supported controllers on Steams website. Though, it boils down to most Xbox controllers, the PS4 Dualshock, Nintendo Switch controllers and other third-party devices.

Once players have a supported device, all they need to do is plug in the USB cable to connect the controller with the PC. After this is done, players can follow the steps below:

  • Open Steam
  • Select Settings from the drop-down menu
  • Check the Configuration Support box that resembles the input device plugged in

Players can also use the Bluetooth capability on their PS4 Dualshock controller if they wish. However, this method is subject to additional input lag due to the wireless functionality. If players want to go this route, they need to ensure their PC has Bluetooth capability and follow the steps below:

  • Connect the PS4 Dualshock controller with the USB cable
  • Press the Windows Start button
  • Go to Settings
  • Enable Bluetooth and press Add Bluetooth Device

Could Halo Infinite Be Coming To Ps5 New Theory Has Fans Speculating

Could Halo Infinite be coming to PS4 and PS5? It seems like an outlandish theory, but it’s one on the mind of many after this morning’s Xbox Game Pass news. A few hours ago, Xbox shocked many when it revealed that MLB The Show 21 — a PlayStation-developed series coming to Xbox for the first time ever this year — is coming to Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate the day it releases. What makes this offer even wilder is that there’s no such offer through PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now. This means, at launch, while PlayStation fans will be paying $70 to play the game, many Xbox users won’t be paying a dime more than what they already pay for Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which cost $10 and $15 a month, respectively. As you would expect, the announcement has been met with A LOT of backlash from PlayStation fans.

It’s an announcement that has also raised an interesting question: what will Sony get — if anything — in return? Well, since Sony isn’t technically publishing the game on Xbox, the answer may be nothing, but you’d assume if Sony had any involvement in this deal, it’s going to get something back in return other than a fat stack of cash that it really doesn’t need at cost of what this announcement costs it.
