Sam’s Club Ps5 Restock
The Xbox Series S is listed at Sam’s Club as well, where it is going for $379.98. The bundle in question includes a PDP Media Remote and a Rig 500 Pro EX wired headset, which is a pretty good deal for that price.
There are unfortunately no PlayStation units up for grabs at Sam’s Club, but Newsweek will continue to monitor the situation in our future updates.
Ps5 Restock At Best Buy Turns Out Better Than Expected
A new restock of the PlayStation 5 took place at Best Buy today, and while it didn’t come without its problems, it largely turned out better than many expected. This is primarily because, this time around, Best Buy opted not to release its latest stock of the PS5 behind a paywall. And while there’s always a chance that this paywall could return in the future, the lack of its appearance this time around led to some customers finally being able to purchase Sony‘s console.
Not long after this PS5 restock at Best Buy began today, social media began lighting up with reactions from customers who are still looking to snag the console prior to this holiday season. In a general sense, more customers seemed to be finding success than normal. However, that success was also entirely dependent on where any given person looking to purchase the console may be residing.
At this point in time, in order to actually pick up the PS5, customers have to live within a certain proximity of a Best Buy store that is carrying the hardware. So if you don’t happen to live near a store that has the PS5, you might be out of luck. Although Best Buy has previously run back this rule in certain situations, most PS5 restocks play out in this same manner.

Sony released the highly coveted PlayStation 5 more than a year ago, but the gaming console remains one of the hardest-to-get items this holiday season. Hopeful gamers and game gifters are refreshing PS5 restock trackers online, trying to score the next-gen console ahead of this holiday season.
Why is the PS5 console so hard to get? In short, you can thank the pandemic-induced global chip shortage — and an increased demand for the PS5 and other electronics. It’s not just the PlayStation 5 that’s in short supply, of course — there’s a squeeze on chip-equipped items from cars to refrigerators.
The Sony PlayStation 5 is in such high demand, in fact, that retailers are using the console to sell memberships to their new premium shopping subscription services. Today’s PS5 restock at Best Buy was limited to those with Best Buy Totaltech Memberships — a service that costs $200 per year.
Walmart’s latest PS5 drop, similiarly, is limited to Walmart+ members. A Walmart+ premium membership includes early access to Black Friday deals, free two-day shipping, prescription drug discounts and more for $98 per year.

Best Buy Hasn’t Had A Ps5 Restock In 42 Days No Wonder
The last PS5 restock date at Best Buy was August 12, which was 42 days ago, as of today, Thursday, September 23. This gap came after the retailer had almost weekly stock of the Sony console, fooling everyone into thinking Best Buy restocked every week. It’s been ever longer since it has sold Microsoft’s Xbox Series X if you don’t count the Halo Infinite-themed console, last selling the regular Xbox Series X on July 14.
It turns out, those overdue shipments of both consoles started filtering into stores late last week, in time for 7am local time today, September 23.
How it worked before: Best Buy would normally hold PS5 and Xbox at regional warehouses and ship to stores only after online purchases were made. Customers, after ordering online, would pick up their consoles three to five days later in Best Buy stores. There was transit and processing lag stemming from when it went from warehouse and to store.
The process today: Customers can line up outside of select Best Buy stores across the US , and some people are already in line. This process makes it harder for bots to scoop up the PS5 and Xbox console inventory from Best Buy’s vulnerable online ordering system .
Ps5 Restock Dates Last Week Vs This Week
Last week was a very good week for PS5 restock news. We saw the Sony console at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target and Antonline in the span of four days. This week is a different story we had the long-awaited , but little else.
Here’s where we saw consoles yesterday, June 23.
Today’s Restock Re-cap8am: Target Xbox Series X restock2pm: Gamestop Xbox, but All-Access2pm: Sony Direct for PS5 w/ email invites5pm: No Sony Direct for all users8pm: Costco expensive Xbox bundleLet’s see what happens Thursdayhttps://t.co/lB3g2Sm1sx
Technically, Sony Direct restock had a restock on June 23 but the virtual queue was for people with a special email invite. It never opened up the virtual queue to everyone else at 5pm EDT yesterday, although we did live stream a PS5 restock Q& A off the back of the virtual queue not happening.
There was a GameStop Xbox Series X restock, and three additional places had the console all yesterday. So PS5 restock events have been lagging behind this week with the exception of that Amazon PS5 restock. Newegg did have a PS5 Digital bundle in stock this week alongside the Newegg Shuffle GPU restock, but that was also a lottery system, and a much smaller one.
Stat tuned for more PS5 restock news, as we continue to send out alerts whenever stores in the US get inventory, or our sources tell us that there’s going to be the $499 PS5 Disc or $399 PS5 Digital in stock nationwide.

Exclusive: Best Buy Ps5 And Xbox Series X Restock Today And Where To Get It Next
ByMatt Swider23 September 2021
TechRadar reported exclusively on the PS5 and Xbox Series X Best Buy in-store restock the first in 2021 and it saw some success.
The Best Buy PS5 and Xbox Series X restock was today at 7:30am local time, and if you followed our , you’d have known about it days ago. Matt will send you alerts when consoles are in stock in the US if you follow his Twitter account and turn on notifications. Best Buy saw thousands of people around the United States lined up outside of stores early in the morning, many waiting as long as 17 hours and in rainy weather. The PS5 Disc and Digital were most popular compared to the Xbox Series X, but all consoles sold out before the store opened. There’s a Walmart PS5 and Halo Infinite Xbox Series X tonight 9pm EDT and Matt will do a Walmart restock live stream to walk people through the process.
Here’s how to get that tweet and all restock alerts:
Popfindr Octoshop And Other Retail Tools
Tracking is a must-have in a situation like this. Thatâll allow you to keep a close eye on retailers so you can see the moment PS5s go on sale. if youâre looking for some tools, is an excellent Google Chrome extension that will notify you as soon as restocks become available at your retailer of choice. Download it, enter the retailers you want it to scan, and wait for a PS5 restock.
If youâre hoping to pick up a console in person and not deal with shipping, PopFindr is the way to go. On top of those tools, there are plenty of helpful Twitter accounts that are worth following for restock news. We recommend following accounts like , , and that will Tweet anytime that new consoles become available at a retailer, and you can even enable push notifications whenever one or more of these accounts tweets.
This article will also have links to every retailer’s website that you’d want to get a PS5 from, so you might want to bookmark some pages.

Will Best Buy Ship Consoles Can I Buy It Online
First, no, Best Buy will not ship the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles to your doorstep. That hasn’t happened in 2021 at the retailer, and we don’t expect things to change in 2021. Best Buy already has enough problems with bots given its vulnerable ordering system, so not having people show up to claim their console would be even more problematic than the previous order online with in-store pick-up process.
There’s been talk of a revamped online ordering system to buy the PS5 and Xbox and then claim it in person in stores, but it’s not ready for Thursday, September 23. This is why we’re asking people to follow Matt Swider for alerts, in case the online system happens in time, saving you from camping for a PS5 or Xbox for hours.
If Best Buy went down this route, it would act more like Target with same-day pickups, which would be an improvement since the three- to five-day wait to ship consoles from warehouses would be flattened given the fact that TechRadar can confirm that consoles are in stock in the backrooms of Best Buy stores right now.
But right now, we’re being told that people will have to wait in line early in the morning, by 7am or 7:30am local time, like so many did for Nvidia GPU restocks. If that information changes, we’ll update this article and notify you on Twitter.
Best Buy Reveals Store Locations List For In
Best Buy has revealed the full list of participating stores ahead of tomorrow’s nationwide on-site PS5 and Xbox Series X restock. As leaked earlier this week, the retailer is hosting its first on-site PS5 and Xbox Series X restock. Ps5 Restock Live Updates For Wednesday November 3
There was a brief PS5 restock yesterday at Costco, and if you saw Matt Swider’s alert you at least had a slim chance if you are a Costco member. Like all PlayStation 5 restock opportunities, persistent is better than speed we saw more people buy the Sony console five minutes than when initial restock happened. In other words: keep trying for five to ten minutes after our PS5 restock alert.
But the Walmart S5 restock was a bust a few hours later, and we’re moving on to Wednesday, November 3 to see if Best Buy, Target and GameStop and others will have the console in stock, or if Walmart will try a third time to put the console for sale. It’s currently 0-2 for in getting that inventory out there.
Well, Walmart goofed again! It had a PS5 and Xbox Series X restock at 4pm EDT that never actually took place. It seems as if not even the bots were able to check out, despite the promise that both Sony and Microsoft consoles would be on sale.
This time it seems like website errors made it for that the newly designed Walmart queue for buying consoles was never activated. You would think that if Walmart was going to promise to have PS5 and Xbox Series X in stock after yesterday’s shenanigans, it wouldn’t launch new orders until it fixed its website glitches. But Walmart had different ideas it hasn’t explained.
TechRadar has reached out to Walmart for comment.
